Enforcements

Head Office departments, Regional Offices and Business Units of Jamjoom Fashion including employees, vendors, contractors, consultants, temporary staff and other workers shall comply to Jamjoom Fashion “Privacy Impact Assessment Procedure”.

Non-compliance or violation to the policy could be subjected to disciplinary actions(s). Disciplinary action shall be in accordance with the severity of the incident, as determined by an investigation, and may include but not limited to:
